Dr. Catherine Rezendes received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Boston College in 1984. She then moved to Chicago where she attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. In 1988 she earned the degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.).

 

In the next two years, she finished her post graduate training, a residency at Cook County Hospital (Affiliated Hospitals of Scholl College) and fellowships in Diabetic Foot Pathology and Podiatric Radiology. She was an associate in private practice for two years and started teaching her second year. She then taught full time, becoming a clinical assistant professor at the Scholl College.

 

Dr. Rezendes is board certified in two specialties - Podiatric Foot Surgery with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Podiatric Orthopedics  with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine

 

She has lived and practiced in San Antonio since 1995 and has been in her own private practice, Podiatry Clinics, since October 2001.
